About Us 2

At Silverstone Therapeutic Institute, we are committed to transforming the landscape of neurological rehabilitation across the southern United States. For too long, individuals facing spinal cord injuries, PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, and other acute neurological conditions have had limited access to the specialized care they need—often requiring extensive travel to distant regions of the country. We exist to change that.

Silverstone Therapeutic Institute is establishing a state-of-the-art medical research and rehabilitation center strategically located to serve the central United States. Our goal is simple but powerful: bring world-class care closer to home. By reducing the need for long-distance travel, we help ease the physical, emotional, and financial burden placed on patients and their families during already challenging times.

What sets Silverstone apart is our innovative, whole-person approach to healing. We combine proven, evidence-based rehabilitation therapies with equine-assisted learning and therapeutic practices. This unique integration allows us to address not only the physical aspects of recovery but also the emotional and psychological well-being of every individual we serve.

Our programs are grounded in research and guided by modern medical standards, ensuring each patient receives personalized, effective care tailored to their condition and recovery goals. We believe that healing is most effective when it is accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive.

At Silverstone Therapeutic Institute, we are dedicated to:

  • Expanding access to specialized neurological rehabilitation services
  • Reducing travel time and associated costs for patients and families
  • Offering innovative treatment options, including equine-assisted therapy
  • Delivering evidence-based care that improves recovery outcomes and quality of life

Through our mission, we aim to bring hope, healing, and lasting impact to individuals and families throughout the southern United States.
